Caridina serratirostris - Ninja / Chameleon Shrimp

Ninja, or Chameleon Shrimp are a very hardy shrimp species that can handle many conditions, are are given their name because they can change colour. This depends heavily on their mood and environment so they will look different in some tanks compared to others. We have seen shrimp in red, blue, purple, black, maroon, pink and clear to name a few. It's not a bold solid colour but more of an opaque colour which is very nice.
