The Leopard Cactus Pleco is a very popular pleco due to it's beautiful red fins and dot patterns over it's body. A very nice display fish in a large tank or even in a breeding setup. Because of their high protein diet and how much they eat, good filtration is a must.

Diet
A carnivore so lot's of higher protein foods are a must. Frozen bloodworms, Brine shrimp, Sinking carnivore pellets and Bottom Scratcher or Grub Pie Repashy are all eaten quickly. Chopped mussels and Prawns are also a favourite. Some vegetables are also a good idea to balance their diet.
