The L080 is a dwarf species that stays at 9-10cm, which makes them great for people with smaller tanks. With beautiful stripey, dark brown and caramel brown colours they are a good addition to many aquariums. The males get very hairy tails compared to some species, because of this they get the name Spiny Pleco.

Diet
Always enjoys higher protein foods such as frozen bloodworms, brineshrimp and sinking pellets. Will also eat fresh vegetables like zucchini, cucumber and others. We also feed lots of Repashy Super Green / Morning Wood 2/1 Ratio. Bottom Scratcher or Grub Pie / Spawn & Grow 50/50 mix.
